Remote access.

Beyond are currently assessing and putting together a remote access package that will benefit business and education.

What is Remote Access?

The ability to log onto a network from a distant location, providing there is an Internet connection available. By using remote access software, your computer will dial in directly to a network's server making it a fully-fledged host on the network, giving you access to your work/school computer.

Remote Access used to be sluggish and time consuming, however, due to updated technologies and the phenomenal growth of high-speed Internet services, such experiences have become a thing of the past.

Here is a list of some of the benefits we have dscovered so far:
  • Enhances productivity
When away from the office, you can stay on top of your workload as you now have access to all of the documents and programs required for work. In the case of bad weather or a family emergency, you can log in off-site and continue working.
  • Increases profitability
Allows professionals to respond more quickly and effectively to inter-office and client requests, supporting greater efficiency and responsiveness. "Since we're able to access [our systems and documents] from home, we can get things done more quickly, which leads to greater client satisfaction and, ultimately, to more profitability."
  • Supports better quality of life
If possible, you can leave work earlier than normal, spend time with the family, then remotely log on and continue working in the evening. Rather than spending money visiting work at the weekend or commuting, you can work from home.
